The house design is in conformity with the guidelines identified in ‘Sustainable Rural Housing Guidelines for Planning Authorities’ issued by the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and comply with all relevant planning and development standards of the Fingal Development plan 2017-2023.

The site is in Development Zone GB, our client qualifies under rural housing need as he presently resides and works locally. Her parents own the land where the site is located and live nearby.
